Hi there, I’m Natasha Ow 👋

Hi there, I’m Natasha Ow 👋

I’m a UX & Product Designer with a background in Economics and Management — and a deep curiosity for how people and systems work.

I bridge strategy and design to craft digital experiences that are clear, thoughtful, and business-driven. Guided by vision, empathy, and exploration, I design with intention — making the complex clear, the functional engaging, and the future approachable.

Through Now & About, my design identity, I stay curious about what’s now and what’s next — creating work that’s meaningful, human-centered, and purpose-led.

I’m currently seeking a Junior Product/UX Design role — ideally in a design consulting agency where I can collaborate across industries, deepen my craft, and grow into a versatile product designer.

🔭 Vision-Driven Thinking
I’m guided by possibility — always questioning what’s missing, what could be better, and why it isn’t yet. I design with the future in mind, aligning user needs with business goals and long-term impact.

🧪 Investigative Empathy
I approach empathy like a researcher — curious, thorough, and focused on root causes. I look beyond pain points to understand behaviours, beliefs, and the systems that shape them.

🔄  Iterative Exploration
Design is never linear. I stay open to feedback, navigate ambiguity with ease, and refine through experimentation. Every iteration is an opportunity to learn and evolve.

My Journey into UX

My Journey into UX

I didn’t start in design — but I’ve always been driven by how people think, behave, and make decisions.

I studied Economics & Management, where I learned to connect strategy with systems. Then, co-founding Plantitude, a sustainability-focused brand, sparked a new curiosity:
👉 how might design shift behaviours and inspire change?

That led me to intern at a digital agency, explore branding and web design, and eventually dive headfirst into UX — where I found the perfect blend of human insight, creative thinking, and purposeful problem-solving.

Since then, I’ve explored challenges across education, travel, wellness, healthcare, and even science museums — each one an opportunity to investigate real problems, understand user behaviours and systemic patterns, and design thoughtful, purpose-led solutions.

My goal is always to dig deeper into what’s shaping the current experience, then imagine ways to improve it — in ways that feel intuitive, human, and future-ready.

A practical idealist with a curious mind and (well-managed) overthinking tendencies. Fitness keeps me grounded, adventure fuels my creativity, and my dog reminds me to be present.

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me gaming, exploring new ideas, or chasing the next challenge — always learning, always leveling up.
